• Asset and Machine Management: All assets and machines are digitized and stored in a cloud-based system. Parameters for each type of machine can be configured, including instructions, maintenance history, and real-time operational monitoring.
• Team Management: The system stores employee and technician records, enables task assignment, tracks progress, and provides tools for performance evaluation and reporting.
• Automatic Scheduling: Maintenance tickets are automatically generated based on predefined schedules and equipment uptime. AI and IoT modules also detect abnormal operations and trigger repair requests automatically.
