TMA Solutions Welcomes KOSSA Delegation and Signs MOU with OSBC

On May 30, 2025, TMA Solutions had the honor of welcoming a high-level delegation from OSBC and KOSSA during their official visit and working session in Ho Chi Minh City. The visit marked an important milestone in expanding strategic cooperation between TMA and leading Korean tech organizations and enterprises.

The delegation included:

• Mr. Taekwan Kim – Chairman & CEO of OSBC, Chairman of KOSSA
• Mr. Ho Sung Shim – Vice Chairman of KOSSA
• Mr. Tae Jin Kim – Chairman & CEO of Insignary
• Mr. Il Soo Chang – Chairman & CEO of Sparrow
• Mr. Jae Hyuk An – Global Business Development Manager Sparrow
• Mr. Vuong Minh Phat – Country Manager OSBC

As part of the program, TMA Solutions and OSBC officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote close cooperation in business development and software solution implementation in both the Korean and Vietnamese markets. 

In addition, the meeting provided an opportunity for TMA to engage directly with KOSSA to explore future collaboration potential in delivering technology solutions to Korean enterprises.

During the session, TMA showcased its key technology capabilities and services, including:

• AI-powered solutions
• Agritech solutions
• EdTech solutions
• Logistics solutions
• Along with a wide range of other software services successfully deployed in global markets 

The meeting was held in a warm, open, and professional atmosphere, demonstrating the spirit of partnership and long-term commitment between TMA and its Korean partners. The event also opened new opportunities for bringing TMA’s technology solutions closer to the Korean market, with valuable support and connections from OSBC and KOSSA.
