Telehealth Platform for Personalized Health Consultation in Australia

TMA is developing a telehealth platform for personalized health consultation. This platform streamlines the process by offering features such as appointment booking, video consultations, and AI chatbot interactions. This solution allows doctors providing interactive health consultation remotely to clients across various regions in Australia.

Apply Health Kiosk for Community Health

TMA and partners launched a community health project in Vinh Long - a province in Mekong delta, southern Vietnam. Through health kiosks, real-time data is collected and analyzed for early detection and intervention, focusing on monitoring and screening stroke risks.

Elderly Care Solution

TMA has applied its mCare platform for Dien Hong - a nursing home in northern Vietnam to enhance care quality and strengthen connections between the facility and residents' families, enables nursing staff to monitor health through daily indicators and care logs, offering real-time updates for remote family monitoring. The platform supports 24/7 health monitoring of indicators like heart rate and blood pressure, while also providing families access to care history and real-time health status.

In the last quarter, our telehealth solution has been enhanced with new features:

Kiosk Integration: Kiosks in residential areas and pharmacies support telehealth services.

Doctor Scheduling Tools: Enables administrative staff to assign shifts while allowing doctors to self-manage their schedules.

Multi-Option Appointment Scheduling: Support booking for home visits, in-clinic consultations, or online sessions.

AI for Healthcare

TMA is expanding its AI for healthcare solutions, applying data analytics and continuous monitoring to improve diagnostics and preventive care.

Sleep Quality Data Analytics: Utilizing wearable devices, this solution tracks sleep patterns, identifying disorders such as sleep apnea and insomnia. The data, including heart rate variability (HRV) and sleep stages, is analyzed to provide personalized improvement plans and monitor treatment progress.

Atrial Fibrillation Detection Using AI: With continuous ECG monitoring, this solution can detect atrial fibrillation (AFib), a leading cause of stroke. AI algorithms analyze heart rhythms in real time, triggering automated alerts to healthcare providers for timely interventions.

New Wearable and Medical Device Integration

TMA has further strengthened its mCare platform by integrating a broader range of wearables and medical devices. Recent additions include the latest Apple Watch and Samsung Watch models, LTE-enabled smartwatches, ECG monitors, and otoscopes for remote diagnostics. The platform now can support more than 50 devices including smart watches, medical devices, home care devices, SOS, kiosk, scale, otoscope, etc.
